  • Cilantro leaves – 1 cup
  • Diced tomatoes – 1/2 cup
  • Seasoned rice vinegar (a mix of rice vinegar and salt) – 1 tbsp.
  • Whole grain low-fat milk – 2 cups
  • Garlic – 1 clove
  • Bay leaves – 1
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Low-fat mozzarella cheese – 1 cup

How to make Chicken alfredo recipe ragu?

1. In a large pot or baking dish, boil water and cook the pasta. Prepare your sauce while you are waiting for the pasta to finish cooking.

2. While your pasta is cooking, slice your chicken breast into 1-inch strips (if you don’t have a mandoline, use a knife). When the pasta is done cooking and drained, add it to the pan with the sauce.

3. Add the chicken and seasonings and mix well.
