Step 11: Sprinkle some water to prevent the mixture from getting too dry. The water will get absorbed by everything else in a short period. Also, add salt to taste.
Step 12: Cover and cook on medium heat for another 5-8 minutes or until the chicken is completely cooked.
Step 13: Turn off the heat and let it sit for 5 minutes before serving hot with Roti, Paratha, Naan, or Rice.
