How To Prepare Fresh Market Chicken Salad Recipe?

It’s a moist chicken salad which tastes very good and refreshing.

Ingredients:

  • 1 package (12 Oz.) Shredded, cooked chicken
  • ½ cup Pecans, chopped
  • 2-3 stalks Celery, chopped fine
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise or Salad dressing of your choice
  • Salt and pepper to taste.

Method:

1) In a bowl, add mayonnaise and mix well with salt and pepper.

2) Add pecans, celery, and chicken. Mix well.

3) Refrigerate for 1 hour or more to chill. Serve with crackers or as it is.
