- 2–3 cups chopped grilled chicken breast

Step 3: Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, and vinegar in a small bowl. Stir in 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
Step 4: Stir in chicken broth, bourbon, and chopped chicken. Serve over brown rice. Top with sauce and additional chicken if desired.
